A Winning Space for Our Athletes

The renovations for the girls’ locker room in Davis Gym are now complete giving our varsity volleyball and basketball athletes a modern, welcoming space that truly reflects their hard work and team spirit!

A locker room is so much more than a place for our athletes to change into a uniform, it is a space where camaraderie and team culture are built. Highlights of the newly renovated locker room include varsity-style lockers personalized with each student-athlete’s name, our Stars logo across the floor, and a flatscreen TV for our coaches and athletes to study film.

“This renovation is about more than a new locker room…It’s about building pride, unity, and a culture of excellence that will impact every team that steps inside,” said SAA-SDS Athletic Director, Matt Nelson  “This space is a first-class facility that gives our St. Agnes Basketball and Volleyball teams a home where they can grow and succeed together. These young ladies represent our school so well, and this is a space our athletes—and our entire school community—can be proud of.”

This major upgrade was made possible by the very successful "Fund the Need" portion at the 32nd annual Gala held last April. Thank you to all our generous donors for their support. The school’s commitment to upgrading our athletic facilities continues with the ongoing fundraising efforts for construction of the new Athletic Field House for our Stars and Suns.  There are great things ahead for the future of athletics at SAA-SDS!
