High School (Grades 9-12)
St. Agnes Academy, founded in 1851 by the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine, Kentucky, is a Catholic Independent, college preparatory school for girls.
At St. Agnes, the lessons learned in the classroom and on the field, the memories shared from the lunch tables to Spirit Week, and the relationships formed with friends and teachers will last a lifetime.
St. Agnes Academy offers girls in grades 9-12 a balanced, traditional education that thoroughly prepares them for college.
St. Agnes is a welcoming community where girls are respected for who they are; confident, powerful young women. “I believe 100% that St. Agnes Academy is a family. I consider everyone at SAA a part of my family because every girl, teacher, and faculty member at SAA is kind, helpful and welcoming.” Megan Shepard, class of 2015. Girls excel in academics, the arts, sports and service, practicing their civic responsibilities in their local and world communities. “It is different from other schools because it is an environment that keeps you focused on your future.” Gabby Willingham class of 2015.
