Organizations
Student Government Association/Student Council
The Student Government Association was designed to produce leaders from the students, so that the student body will have a role in making school decisions. The purpose of SGA is to provide a group of leaders within the school who come together to represent and promote the interests of all of the students, as well as to represent and promote Saint Agnes to the community. All Student Council and Commissioner positions are elected.
Honor Council
"The purpose of the Saint Agnes Honor System is to create an atmosphere built on trust. Although there are many reasons that students attend Saint Agnes, one of the most important is the strong feeling of trust and security among students, faculty, and staff. As a result, members of the Saint Agnes Academy community are obligated to conduct themselves responsibly with respect for the rights, possessions, and privacy of others. The Honor Council, comprised of students and faculty members, preserves the atmosphere of trust within the school community, oversees and enforces the Honor Code. The Honor Council's chief responsibility is to educate the Saint Agnes Academy community about the Honor System" (Taken from the Honor Code Handbook). The Honor Council chairpersons are appointed, and those serving on the Council are in elected positions.
